Processing Instructions

1. Milling

Mount the zirconia disc into your CAD/CAM milling machine.
Fully compatible with most open systems (98 / 95 / 92 mm) for precise and efficient machining.

2. Sintering

• Final sintering temperature: 1530 °C

• Heating rate: ≤ 8 °C / min

• Allow the restoration to cool naturally inside the furnace to room temperature

This controlled cooling process prevents deformation, internal stress, and surface micro-cracks.

3. Final Finishing

Proceed with adjustment, polishing, or glazing as required.
The pre-shaded design significantly reduces — and in many cases eliminates — additional coloring steps, improving efficiency and consistency.
